Hillary Evans & Becca Desrochers
Our team at Redeeming Zoe is led by the passionate founders, Hillary and Becca, who first met in college in Texas and playfully joked about starting a nonprofit together. What started as a dream became a reality six years later with the founding of Redeeming Zoe. Today, Becca serves as our CEO, driving our mission forward with dedication and vision, while Hillary leads as the President of the Board of Directors, ensuring strategic guidance and support. Together, their shared commitment and vision continue to shape our efforts to protect and empower children.

As the Manager of Operations for Redeeming Zoe, Ivy is dedicated to creating safe spaces and brighter futures for vulnerable children. With a strong passion for child advocacy and community transformation, she plays a key role in overseeing programs, fostering meaningful collaborations, and building strategic partnerships that expand the reach and impact of Redeeming Zoe’s mission. Believing that real change happens through collective effort, Ivy ensure that Redeeming Zoe works alongside local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to protect and empower children through training and awareness. By equipping individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to safeguard children, she helps strengthen support networks and drive lasting impact. Through hands-on leadership and a heart for service, Ivy remains committed to making a lasting difference—one life, one family, and one community at a time. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family, seeking out new adventures, and finding inspiration in the great outdoors.

Erlyn grew up in Surigao Del Sur, located in the southern region of the Philippines. Her love for teaching and working with children developed when she accepted the Lord as her personal Savior. She is passionate about serving others and empowering children who come from poorer areas. She wants to help inspire them to dream big and experience the love of God.
Growing up, it’s been her dream to travel around the world. When she’s not serving with Team Zoe or her church, you can find her cooking and baking tasty Filipino treats.

Erlyn
Nerissa
Nerissa grew up in Cebu. She is a young spirit who loves a great challenge and craves adventure. She has a fierce boldness about her as she advocates for children and leads the younger generation to hope for the future. She has a background in the hotel hospitality industry and wants to further her education to enhance her development in the ministry. She has spent the past nine years serving the young people in her church and lives her life to make disciples. During her free time, you can find her riding her motorcycle through the mountains or near a beach.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
James
As Redeeming Zoe's Program Support Officer, James is passionately committed to combating child abuse by bolstering awareness and prevention efforts. Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, he encountered Christ at the age of 12 and has since dedicated his life to ministry. His heart for discipleship spans across children, youth, and couples as he shares God's Word to transform lives and instill hope. Additionally, James energizes the church community by serving as a drummer in the praise and worship team, using music to uplift and inspire all who hear it.

Jayvee
Jayvee Eman, from Lapu-Lapu City, has a deep passion for cooking, traveling, and most importantly, serving Christ. For as long as he can remember, his heart has been dedicated to helping others grow spiritually. He began his journey in youth ministry at the age of 15, during his third year of high school, and has found immense joy in guiding young people to know Jesus and witness His transformative power in their lives. Witnessing the incredible changes Christ brings—just as He has changed Jayvee's life—remains a true honor for him. His mission continues to be serving the community, sharing God's love, and walking alongside others on their spiritual journey.

Rose
Rose, born and raised in Cebu, brings her love for art and creativity to Redeeming Zoe. With over 10 years of experience as a creative church volunteer, she is passionate about using her talents to serve the community. Rose believes deeply in the power and the importance of building strong, Godly relationships. She sees creativity as a unique way to express God’s love, reaching hearts in meaningful and impactful ways. She hopes to connect more people to the cause of Redeeming Zoe.
